Welcome to 2020!
Many people begin a New Year by making resolutions, mine is to try to make January come as close to ‘Veganuary’ as possible.
Veganuary was started by a UK non-profit organization in 2014 in an effort to spread the concept of adding 100% vegan meals to your roster of foods selections.
Many people I know still aren’t full vegans, so they focus on ‘Meatless Mondays’ or other efforts to increase their plant-based food intake.
For the balance of January, I hope to add as many vegan meals (recipes or links) as possible to the site. Hopefully, I can help you find plans for at least half your meals in January.
Of course, I have another resolution to try to stick to: post vegan wines that will match these recipes.
