Pierre Huet's medium dry cider (AOP Pays Auge) is made using traditional methods:
Suggested serving temperature is cold (8 to 10°C).
Serve as an apertif (ie. on its own) or with Creme de Cassis (a 'Kir Normand').
In the bottle, the Poiré continues to ferment (due to the yeasts). It's best to store this product upright (not on its side) at a temperature of 10°C for up to 3 years.
