Pierre Huet's medium dry cider (AOP Pays Auge) is made using traditional methods:
Suggested serving temperature is cold (8 to 10°C).
If you can't wait and want to enjoy your cider right away, enjoy this drink with fresh cream dishes and desserts, especially apple pie or crumble.
If you can cellar the cider for at least a year, it will age nicely and will pair nicely with white meat and some red meat (lamb, sausage).
As it ages, you can enjoy the cider with ripe, soft cheese.
In the bottle, the Pays d’Auge cider continues to ferment (due to the yeasts). It's best to store this product upright (not on its side) at a temperature of 10°C for up to 3 years.
