Garbó is the expression of modern Spain - stylish, vibrant and original.
Garbó hails from Montsant, one of Spain’s exciting emerging regions, a rugged and mountainous appellation that combines internationally known and indigenous grape varieties. Garbó wines are fruit driven yet rooted with minerality. These are wines of unique personality, born from a deep understanding of the region’s difficult terrain.
Garbó takes its name from vine branches, which are collected after pruning and used for bonfires and barbecues.
“Spanish rosés have always been an important part of the rosé world and are becoming even more so, which should not be surprising when one considers that the Spaniards are the world’s greatest consumers of rosé.”
“Winemakers can’t work from manual instructions because each vintage is a different challenge. The work of the winemaker, my passion, shines in each vintage from this singular land.”
-Judit Llop, Winemaker
