MATURING: 3 months on fine lees fines in vats with bâtonnages (stirring).
TASTING NOTES: Yellow, slight golden, clear, bright colour. Complex intense nose with notes of kumquat, lemon verbena and mild spices. Fresh and full-bodied in the mouth with flavours of orange flowers and dried fruit. A white wine with character, to be served as an aperitif, with white meat, fish with sauce and cheeses.
